Overview

We are aware that some users are experiencing difficulties connecting Instantly.ai to their Purelymail accounts. Below is a breakdown of why this is happening and our current stance on the matter.

Why is the connection failing?

In February 2026, we implemented a security update that includes automated IP blocking. This system triggers if a specific IP address generates an excessive number of failed login attempts. Once an IP is flagged, all further traffic from that source is restricted to protect our infrastructure and your account security.

Can Purelymail unblock these IPs?

We can only remove a block if we have the specific IP address to identify it in our system. Unfortunately:

Instantly.ai utilizes dynamic IP addresses. Because their connection sources are constantly shifting, they cannot provide a static list of IPs.
Without specific IPs, our team cannot verify or lift a block. Because these IPs change frequently, any manual unblocking we perform is only a temporary fix before a new, blocked IP is cycled in.
No Path Forward: Until Instantly.ai can provide a consistent range or a static source for their connections, we are unable to guarantee a stable connection.
